Easy to Deal With, Prompt Delivery

First off, I called Ship a Car Direct directly, so I didn't have to fill out any quote forms and get bombarded with emails/phone calls. John was extremely helpful in setting me up with a carrier to transport my car from GA to CA. I had to change the dates on him 3 times, and he promptly changed my order with ease and no complaints every single time. He also responded to my emails within a few hours every time. I was finally set up with Silvers Transport, LLC where I then was in communication with Scott. I was worried about not being able to pack my car with my belongings, but he told me it was just going to be $50 extra and I could fill up my trunk, back seat, and front passenger seat. Scott gave me a pick-up time of 3 PM on Friday. He was stuck in a bit of traffic so he didn't arrive until 3:30 PM, but he let me know beforehand that he was going to be a tad late. He loaded up my car with no problems. He told me his 2 sons alternate driving across the country and will leave Sunday night. I get a text from Scott telling me they are going to drop my car off at 6 AM Wednesday morning (they literally don't stop except to fill up gas, so they are able to drive from GA to CA in 2.5 days). I get a call from his son at 5:55 AM Wednesday and literally get my car within 5 min of the expected drop off time. I love how accurate the timing was. My car was just dirty from the drive across the country, which was to be expected. No damages or items stolen..everything was in it's exact place when I got my car. And my mileage only increased by 1 mile (which was to drive my car to my house from a bigger road since I live at the end of a cul-de-sac). It was an overall extremely pleasant experience and I am highly satisfied.
