Both ShipDirect and the driver kept us informed. Love the APP to take pictures on pickup and delivery. Driver noticed two little spots on lower part of front bumper. Took extra pictures of those spots which was included in APP. Sent copies to family member receiving vehicle. Vehicle arrived perfect.
