The car is a birthday present for my son, which he knows he's getting. I started the process 2 months in advance of his birthday. I was very happy with the whole experience. Scott kept me informed and if I needed to call him, he always responded. I got emails with tips and videos on what to do when the car goes to the driver. The car was coming from a family member so my sister dealt with the Massachusetts end. She also was pleased with the process. The driver was courteous, friendly and professional. We got the car very quickly once it was picked up, less than 48 hours later. The driver called me the night before delivery and on delivery day texted me with the exact time of his arrival. Car was in the same shape it was when it was handed over. I was very pleased with my decision to use Ship a Car Direct. Son's birthday is in 5 weeks.
