Like many this was my first experience in shipping a car (I purchased in LA and shipped to Franklin, TN) and working with Ship-a-car Direct was very smooth. Their website had a good FAQ that addressed many questions/concerns and my contact Scott was very helpful in communicating the specifics of how the process worked. The pick-up was on time and delivery was early with no issues to note. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend using their service.
