Kosta set up the transport and was very supportive with his follow up emails and phone calls answering my questions. This is the first time using a broker and it certainly helps and is thoroughly worth it to have them schedule the p/u and go through the hassle of getting a transporter scheduled. We were on a strict schedule, and both Ship a Car and Axial Transport were amenable to accommodate us. Axial Transport Inc. was the scheduled carrier and I can't say enough good things about them also. The were punctual, courteous, and Mitch called me many times to firm up the schedule. All in all both Ship-a-car-direct and the carrier, Axial Transport were gems. Even w/o the rebate, this review would have been the same.
