My vehicle was picked up expertly by the assigned carrier. The pickup app helped document the condition of the car when it was picked up. The carrier called two days before the delivery date and it was expertly delivered. My contact at delivery took photos using the app and completed it with no issues. Overall, it was an good experience and I would recommend without hesitation.
