Whenever you ship something as important as your car, you worry about how you and it will be treated. This organization is great! This is the second car we have shipped with them. Our experience was great both times!! Customer service was excellent. We received frequent email notifications, and any questions on billing were handled in a timely and accurate way. And no damage. We will use Ship a Car Direct again when we ship the cars back.
