took more than 1 week to schedule carrier & past my deadline date

I understand it's a 2way street on these deals, the broker and the carrier, but I was disappointed it took more than a week to schedule a carrier. I had a very tight schedule so I knew it'd be tricky to get my car picked up on exact dates, but my car wasn't even scheduled to get picked up until a day after my deadline. Other than that frustration, the company was reliable and my car was picked up on time by the carrier, was transported safely (but was super dirty since it was in the front of the open truck) she was delivered on time as well. The carrier was excellent. Just very disappointed about how long it took and the process of actually getting the carrier scheduled.

Unfortunately in this industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling. Glad to hear that the rest of the shipment went smoothly!
