Overall experience was good. The sale rep. was very responsive. I wish the pickup date could be sooner. What wasn't clear to me at the time of signing the contract is that the quoted price was used as a bidding price for the actual carrier to bid on the job. So if I wanted it to be shipped quicker, the price may need to go up.
