Car arrived in perfect condition, customer service could improve

After shopping around for weeks on the internet, I gave Ship A Car a call and spoke to Eric. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about explaining the shipping process and policies in a way that was easy to understand. I was left with a good impression of Ship A Car and I'm glad I went with them. They arranged for my car to be transported by ABC Trans from Miami to Los Angeles. Unfortunately I did not hear from ABC Trans at all until the day before they decided to pick up my car, and I was hoping to speak to them beforehand to get a feel of what they were like in case I felt uncomfortable and wanted to request a different transporter. I scheduled for them to pick up the car on or after that Friday, but they asked if they could pick it up on Thursday instead and I agreed to it.

I took a bunch of photos of the car with the Ship A Car app which was useful and easy to navigate. The man who picked up my car was taking it to a different location for the actual driver to take it across the country so I didn't get to meet with my driver. I called both Ship A Car and ABC Trans to see if I could get the driver's contact information and to find out if there was some sort of GPS I could look at to monitor where my car was in live time (I've heard of some companies having this feature for customers). Nobody answered their phones. The evening of my flight to LA, I heard from the ABC Trans driver, Salvador, and he said he could drop off the car the same day (again, one day earlier than I scheduled for) and I explained that I couldn't get it until the following morning. Salvador was very accommodating for rescheduling the pickup and helping to arrange a location we could meet at since I was worried my street was too narrow for the truck to drop off the car.

The next morning, Salvador was able to drop off the car on my street after all and there were zero damages. I was very pleased with my experience at this point and I planned to leave a positive review for Ship A Car. They offer a rebate for submitting a review which is a nice feature, but I didn't know what the process was for that. Again, I had issues getting a hold of Eric via phone and email, I contacted a customer service representative who sent me an email with a link that didn't work, I contacted a second customer service representative, and I believe I contacted a fourth person and eventually that fourth person sent an email with the correct link, but this was several weeks later. While I don't regret going through Ship A Car and I would still recommend it to others, the level of ~interpersonal~ communication could have been better. On the plus side, Ship A Car sends plenty of emails with important shipping information and different contacts for people in different departments, which I really appreciate. Overall, it was a good experience.
