It was a very nerve-racking experience, not knowing when our car would be accepted for shipment up by a carrier... Scott of Ship A Car Direct always took (or promptly returned) our calls- even over the weekend, was patient with us, and great at explaining the process and assuaging our worries over the process and timing.
The service with Oya Transport was spectacular! Driver Eric delivered our car in just three days, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional.
As the car was shipped via open transport, it was dirty when it arrived, but that was not a surprise. There were no issues with damage, delay, theft, etc.
We would absolutely recommend Ship A CarDirect and Oya Transport to anyone, and will likewise be leaving a voluntary review with the Better Business Bureau about our experience.
