This was the first time anyone in my family needed car shipping services. I was a nervous wreck trying to decide on a company, since there were so many negative reviews on the internet. My family rely heavily on companies like BBB and consumer reports for guidance in our decision making process. I found Ship A Car Direct on line and discovered that they have an A+ rating with the BBB. On there website are Q and A,s and video's that are so informative. By the time that I spoke to Stefan most of my concerns had been addressed. I did have a few additional questions that I communicated by email and phone. Stefan always called me back or emailed me in a timely professional manner.The company that was assigned to pickup, transport and drop off the car was excellent. My car was picked up and dropped off the exact dates that were requested. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank You Stefan and Ship A Car Direct. You all were the best.
