Ship a Car Direct was prompt in response to my inquiries and very forthcoming and accurate in explaining the whole shipping process. It happened just as they said it would. KB Transportation was actually a day early on the delivery but they were very good at communicating with the person on the receiving end and all was fine. Car was in the same condition as when they picked it up, a little more dusty but that is as expected.All in all for my first car shipping it was great.
