I am very satisfied. They were able to get the PU scheduled on Monday after I booked on Saturday.
One thing that I have seen and read on other reviews for different transport companies was be wary of "hidden" charges - I experienced this last time trying to ship - you get low quote then real price is higher. This price from Ship a Car Direct was exactly what was quoted with no hassle and no hidden extra charges for insurance etc.
Everything was very clear. Great follow up and communication via e-mail with Stefan. Gave me the name of the driver and contact so as to know when car would be delivered.
They do give you incentive to submit review - but no pressure to rate it high. I would have rated this 5 star anyway.
