I would gladly work with SACD again, but would stay away from the transporter (Buya) that they assigned. SACD staff was responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and made sure that the car was ultimately delivered before my deadline.

However, the transporter never reached out to me regarding the pick-up and delivery times. Even the three times I called them, they sounded annoyed and unwilling to provide even approximate pick-up and delivery times. Worse still, as I found out at the the time of the delivery, they did not provide me the actual driver's phone number. The gentleman who delivered the car was not the same one who drove away the car. They picked up and delivered the car a day later than as communicated by SACD, and that too after my repeated calls to SACD to intervene. They put on 55 miles on the car- I did not inquire where and why. I am just happy that I eventually received the car which is so far driving as before without any visible damage. I believe that one should, just as I did, work through a high volume reputable broker who likely commands leverage with the transporters.
