This was the second time we hired Shipacardirect to transport our daughter's car from school to home. The biggest change from a year ago was that there is no need to book a transport a month in advance. Angela explained that you only need to book about a week before the pickup date. I know. This is pretty painful for all you planner types out there, like us, but we buried our heads in the sand for a month, then called Angela a week before the pickup date to make sure it got scheduled. And it did. No issues. Plus, the cost quote is more accurate. My wife said the driver was very communicative, nice, and considerate. If you can be patient, you'll do fine.
