I used Ship a Car Direct in 2014 when I shipped my wifes car to Long Beach NY from California. It arrived on time with no issues. Everyone from Matt with Customer Service to the driver was professional and courteous. In 2017, I decided to ship my car to Long Beach and without hesitation looked up Matt in my cell phone (yep I kept their name and nbr in my phone to refer others) Guess what, lightning does strike twice - I got the same great service!!! I am the Director of Customer Support for my company so believe me when I say this is great customer service!
