Despite some tense moments when the first carrier could barely speak English (which is all I speak fluently) and had my pick-up date all wrong, the move went smoothly. My agent Gaby responded to my distress call, set up a new carrier, and all went very smoothly after that. I had trouble getting Gaby to return my calls for a couple of days, and I got some confusing emails from other agents repeating the information she had already given me. But once a carrier was in place, that seemed to get much better. The carrier was calm and reassuring on the day of pick-up. Moving a car across country can be stressful, I found out, but I would not hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct again if I needed a car moved. They made it as painless as such a move can be. And the cost estimate really did turn out to be my final cost, which was great news at the end!
