Had never used this service before. Did a lot of research and Ship Your Car Direct had good ratings and reviews. My experience was smooth. Kosta was my rep. And he was outstanding in explaining things and always promptly answered any questions or concerns I had either via e-mail or phone. Carrier hired was prompt, communicated well, and delivered as promised. Nothing else left to say. It's nerve wracking doing something such as this, but the interaction and support quelled those feelings greatly and the service provided shows that all is well done!
