Overall, great service. Informative videos provided by email answering many common questions. Website site was professional. Communicated and responded to emails and text messages promptly. Time of pickup and delivery was as requested and promised. My only disappointment was the phone app that they advertised to use did not have the pickup photos of my vehicle loaded. As part of the 100% damage free guarantee, I would have expected they would oversee that this was completed by the transport company for customer satisfaction.
