I was at wits end after reading up on vendors that ship automobiles as I was going to move on a short notice and needed my car shipped for the first time. After learning how few brokers fleece customers and not deliver up to customers' expectations and the apparent delays only added to my woes. Then I chanced upon Transport reviews website and read up on this amazing vendor called Ship a Car Direct with 5 star ratings and reviewed customer experience, I knew I had to hire them. I was willing to take a chance on them and it paid off!! Initially, I would get what seemed like regular auto generated emails on the know-hows and Do's and Don'ts. But then I got a little apprehensive when the pick-up date was nearing and I didn't hear from the company on who was going to pick-up my car. So, I sent an email to know the status. YOU MUST KNOW THIS..that Bruce from Ship a Car Direct, who I was getting emails from never responds to calls and the call is always directed to a Voice Mailbox. But when you leave a VM, you can be assured that you will get your queries addressed.

The pick-up carrier driver Kendall, from Generation X called me a day before it was scheduled for dispatch, gave me a time, arrived on time (texted me on unplanned but short delays due to inclement weather), had me sign on the dispatch loading form and left with my car. The whole process lasted 10 mins. The driver was very courteous and professional and after meeting him, I knew I could trust him. Fast forward 2 days, I met him again for delivery of my car at the specified time at the destination and again, finished the process in 5 mins, checked for the condition of the car, was satisfied and off he was gone.

I would totally recommend Ship a Car Direct for their services and their choice of carriers they work with. Amazing guys!
