The process of shipping my car was extremely simple and fast. The staff was very helpful and gave me quick solutions and responses whenever I needed. Wether it was on the phone or online via email. I was also in contact with my carrier quickly and at all times. My car was picked up and delivered in time and with no damage.

One thing I do recommend for the company, is to tell their customers the time frame of the vehicle pick up. They told me my car was going to be picked up on a certain date and I didn't know what time the pick up was going to be until I had to contact shipacardirect.com and ask them to put me in contact with my carrier.

However, overall the service was fantastic and I definitely recommend it.
