I've done research for quite a few companies. Bad reviews are common for basically every company I searched. In reality, everything went well for my case.
I've seen some comment about the lack of communications from this company. But actually, I'm the one who didn't reply their emails when they tried to check my status. But always try to place an order as soon as the plan is determined, prices go up like a flight ticket
