I chose Ship a Car Direct due to the good reviews they have and satisfied customers that used their service. I was contacted by Jennifer and after talking to her I decided to place my order. I am glad I did. My car was picked up around the time arranged and I received exactly on the day it was scheduled. The driver was very pleasant. Overall I did not have a bad experience, I will recommend their service. I am getting a small discount for giving my honest feedback, but hey, something is better than nothing. **My 4 star on their customer service, it is just that I had to speak to someone in their customer service dep once, and I think he needs to be more upbeat about his job. He sounded like he needed some coffee. =)
