We recently moved from Virginia to Lewisville, Texas. After extensive research we decided to ship our car through Ship a Car Direct because of their excellent reviews. We were very apprehensive about the services we may receive as we read many scary accounts of shipping cars while researching to find the best possible car transporter. Our decision to use Ship a Car Direct was 100 percent right as we received excellent support services from Matt, one of their support staff. There was a price escalation of just $25 which we didn't mind as long as the carrier gave us satisfactory services. The car was picked up and delivered on the days scheduled. They were late only about one or two hours. Communication with the carrier worked out well and the car was delivered in excellent shape on the scheduled day. We are highly satisfied with the services received from both the broker and the carrier. We recommend using Ship a Car Direct for transporting your car without any hesitation whatsoever.
