EVe was my rep and she was very easy to get a hold of. The waiting game of not having a set time for pick up is a little frustrating but fortunately I was flexible. They didnt tell me that the 900 price was actually 1200 if I had extra items in my car. So that was a little surprising. Otherwise good service car was in good condition. driver was very nice.
