Car delivered on time, but...

Overall, the service was okay. It was a little bit stressful and unclear at the beginning. After we had made our reservation, we were told to wait for the driver to contact us, but no contact at all. The pickup date was scheduled between 7/19-21, but I did not hear anything until I reached out to Ship Direct on 18th, and then I was told that someone would contact me again. However, there was no one contact me until I called the customer service again on 20th in the morning. The customer service rep told us, she will find a driver and call me back soon. Then, the customer service called and said that she found a driver can pick up my car, but the price needed to go up for another $100. We were told that Ship-direct was willing to pay half of this last minutes increase, and then asked us to pay the other $50. Since that was the last minutes' notice, we have no choice but to accept the increase.

After accepting the increase on the phone in the morning, we were told that a confirmation email would send to us soon. Well, the final confirmation email arrived around 6 pm on 20th. Before receiving the confirmation, we were unsure whether our car will be shipped on time. I hope the customer service could provide more precise information and get back to the client sooner.
