This was my second try at using Ship-a-car. The first time I tried my bid was not taken. This time, I had a driver within 5 days of my pick-up date. Stefan was prompt in responding to my request and answered a lot of my questions. Working with the actual driver was a different story. The driver gave me some ambitious pick up and drop off dates and the actual dates were closer to what ship-a-car told me. Their app was also very easy to use for recording photos and I felt a bit more confident as a first-time shipper with having those photos documented.
