My contact person was Kosta, and from the get go he was very informative and patient to answer all my questions. There was no pressure, but Ship-a-Car-Direct turned out to be a very competitive price and even a better deal than some so I went with them. The entire process went as smoothly as could be in my opinion. Pick up was without incident and on the delivery end the cars arrived as scheduled and there was no damage to either car (we had 2 transported). They were dirty, but that's to be expected. Through the process Kosta kept in good touch with me and continued to answer all questions I had. I realize that many people may have some negative experiences as there is always a chance of that, but my experience was great and I would definitely give these guys a recommendation. (The only negative thing I'd say is that the final price ended up being a little higher than the original quote that I was given - I wasn't thrilled, but I was also moving in the middle of summer/busy season, so I was expecting a price in that range anyway.)
