Originally contracted with Allied who quoted me $1200. After 3 weeks of no carriers picking up the car, Allied called and said a driver could pick it up the next day for $1900. $700 more than they originally quoted me! I felt that they had under quoted me on purpose to get my business, strung it out to get me desperate and assumed I would jump on the $1900 offer. I was furious and told them if I had to pay $1900 I would, but not to them.

I called Ship A Car Direct and spoke with Eric who was completely upfront and honest. He quoted me $1,700 ($200 less than Allied) and explained 4th of July week was the worst time to ship a car because many drivers are on vacation. The car was picked up a week or so later and the price was exactly what he said it would be. Ship A Car Direct has a whole team that works with Eric and there was excellent communication the entire time. And no surprises what so ever! The car was transported very quickly considering it was a 3000 mile trip and arrived in perfect condition. I had personal belongings in the car that were untouched.

I wouldn't consider using ANY other company in the future.
