The carrier FITZA was obsessed with wanting to use WalMart lot for both pick up and delivery. In both cases private wide road was adjacent
to house with wide circle turn- arounds . Their limited English made explanation difficult. Eventually since 2 cars were involved and only myself
to drive they unloaded on the public road. Also since the driver assistant did not know stick shift, I had to load the car and they rolled it off
telling me that the car did not have a reverse gear! Strange set up for a car carrier. Also arrived at 11.45pm, unloaded by 12.30am.
