I had a very positive experience with Ship a Car Direct (SACD). I had to ship a E90 BMW from Southern California to Northern Virginia. While I was still trying to select a service, SACD's representative, Gaby, took my many initial questions (by phone and by email) and answered them well (including providing quotes), which is what prompted me to choose SACD.

I then submitted my formal request for open transport and I was set up with a driver from Ebro, LLC. The driver, Ganzo, was very accommodating of the awkward scheduling that had come up for me (including scheduling the pickup of the car from a third party). While SACD sent me reminder emails of the fact that I could call them to work out any problems I had with the driver or if there was damage to the car, they were not needed, as Ganzo was communicative and the car arrived without damage (albeit filthy, but that was to be expected). Payment to the driver occurred on delivery (SACD's broker fee was paid by credit card once the shipping company had been selected and put in contact with me).

I am very pleased with how the process went. Although I have indicated that the total shipping time was 9 days, it probably could have been a little shorter, as the 9 days was the result of accommodating my schedule. Note: I am receiving a small rebate on SACD's broker fee, but that has not affected my recounting of my experience above beyond incentivizing me to actually take the time to post it.
