Low Hassle, Transparent, and Polite.

I would definitely use Ship-A-Car direct again. There was transparency and both the customer service reps and the drivers were polite, informative, and cordial. Only complaint would be about "door to door" transport- not exactly, but they get as close as they can with the time and space allowed. I had to meet my driver in large parking lots both times, which I would have liked to have known beforehand. As long as you have someone who can take you home afterwards, that shouldn't be a problem, however. The payment was straightforward, my car was in the same condition and runs with no problems.
