I used the Ship A Car direct website and set up an order. Once I got an order number, I called to varify the information with Scott. I was told that my car would be picked up within a 3 day window. The car was not picked up and I had to wait 10 days to get the car picked up. I was very lucky that I had an excellent neighbor who looked out for my car. The company that picked up the car was good. The car was delivered undamaged and nothing was out of place. I give Amazon Leasing LLC kudos for that. However, when they picked the car up, they parked the truck wrongly so they ended up driving the car down my neighbor's sidewalk and grass. This process by Ship A Car Direct was nerve racking. When I tried to call Scott, he didn't return my calls. However, the people at the Ship A Car help line did come through for me. While I would probably allow Amazon to ship my car again, I don't know if I would use Ship A Car Direct. .
