Kudos to Ship a Car Direct! Kay was responsive, a very good communicator, followed up, and stayed in contact with me from estimate to delivery. She communicated by both email and phone and was able to set up a dispatcher quickly. In terms of car pick up and delivery the driver was friendly, responsible, and on time! Getting my car thousands of miles across the country took a lot of faith on my part and I have to say I was very pleased with the outcome!
