At the beginning of this experience I was frustrated and very upset considering I flew down to Memphis from Mass to help my daughter move home. The car was set up for pick up by Wed, June 28th end of day. We were flying home to Mass at 6:30am the following day. Needless to say that did not happen I was calling the answering service from Mon to Wed before I left. I was a wreck. Leaving the car there was not an option. By the end of the total experience we received the car when promised and the driver was very nice. Everything was good with condition of the car.
