I purchased a certified Lexus in Santa Monica, California while visiting my mom. The Lexus salesperson coordinated the shipping to my home in Pensacola, Florida. John with Ship A Car Direct was very helpful in answering all of my questions and more on the process. He contacted me several times to keep me updated on the status. Ship-A-Car-Direct has an easy to use app for when you ship a car. The app walks you through how to take pictures of the car and where to note any issues. My 2016 Lexus arrived in perfect condition and early. The driver, David T., was very nice and contacted me as scheduled. No surprises and I would definately use Ship-A-Car-Direct again.
