This was my first time shipping a car (my new car), across country at that, so I was nervous as can be expected. The customer service was great with answering my questions, sending timely emails, updating me on the status of pick up and connecting me with my driver. My driver, although his accent was challenging to understand at times, was very helpful and honest. He was ahead of schedule on delivery by about 2-3 days and I was not present to receive my car. So he took responsibility of contacting my roommate and they were able to settle up without my presence. Overall, a great first time experience and will use again!
