Everything, including the original estimate, was done online. Everything was very easy and ShipACarDirect was considerably cheaper than other highly rated carriers. The driver who picked up the car and delivered the car was very nice and professional. Although there was a bit of a delay in picking up the car in Reno, it was delivered safely and on time in Waxhaw. If I have to ship a car across the country again, I would definitely use ShipACarDirect. Thanks again for your assistance.
