The people at Ship A Car Direct were outstanding. We shipped our car from San Diego to South Florida in June 2017 and everything went just as described. Communication was great, Eve was always available by phone, responded immediately to requests for quotes and a few changes (on our end) and there were regular emails detailing each step of the process. Their tutorials on what to expect were accurate and very clear and their vehicle condition App was a great feature. The pick up date was confirmed a week in advance and the carrier showed up as promised and delivered the car just one day later than we had requested but within the range quoted. We will use Ship A Car Direct later this year when we send our other car back to Florida.
