From getting the quote, to the delivery of the car, everything was great. John was always available to answer my questions either by phone or email. I originally told John I was in no hurry and had no deadline to ship or receive the car.The original pick up date was scheduled for 7/5. The driver got in touch with the FL contact to see if he could pick up the car early (on 7/3) which was fine. The driver was precisely on time for the pick up. I think the reason it took 4 days instead of just 2 or three was that the 4th of July was in the middle. But again, no issue on my end as I was in no rush for delivery. The driver was in contact with me during the trip and arrived within 15 minutes of when he said he would.The car was in perfect shape except for that it was dirty. Again no problem for me. I would highly recommend using this company to safely transport your vehicle on time and in good condition. I would definitely use them again.
