Being new to shipping my car across the country (from the south to the midwest), I was nervous about the entire process - from selecting an auto carrier to the final delivery of my car. Matt communicated with me regularly (via email and phone) to update me on the status of my car. He worked diligently to ensure and honor my pick-up and drop-off dates.
