I needed to ship my Prius from Portland, OR, to Brooklyn, NY. I had no experience with this process and wasn't sure what to expect. Angela was incredibly helpful in answering my questions/concerns. I was also lucky enough that she was familiar with the area to which I was moving, and made suggestions for car delivery (not an easy thing for an urban area). Their website also has a lot of useful information. I would definitely recommend Ship-a-Car Direct to friends and family.
