Dealing with Kosta at Ship-A-Car Direct was like a breath of fresh air. He was super friendly, professional, and very honest. There were issues in finding a carrier but I believe that was due to the long amount of time I was looking for (~10 days) between having my car picked up and then delivered 2000 miles away. I was pretty stressed when it was just a couple of days before our move and a carrier had not been found yet. I was able to leave my car at my former place of employment and then I moved. A few days later, they found a carrier and *poof* just like that the car was picked up and then delivered four days later in perfect condition.

I had also gotten a quote from a competitor, Ship Your Car Now and they were awful. First, their online reviews were super scary, which I had read after I had gotten the quote from them, so I decided not to use them. They then called and left messages several times a day, lying, saying that Ship-A-Car Direct was their parent company (not true) and it was ok to book through them, and then a few days later, bad-mouthing Ship-A-Car Direct. The Ship Your Car Now guy sounded super sleazy and it was clearly evident he didn't car about me or my needs, but rather just getting the sale. The sheer number of calls bordered on harassment so I called them back and had to firmly tell them never to call me again.

Dealing with Kosta at Ship-A-Car Direct was amazing. I would highly recommend them.
