Recently moved from CA to AZ and needed three vehicles shipped. Found shipacardirect online from research and placing the order was seamless. Spoke to Kosta over the phone who was extremely helpful. I placed my order 3 weeks before the actual ship date and was getting antsy ten days out because no carrier had booked my order yet. Kosta reassured me that carriers tend to book closer to the ship date so I had nothing to worry about. He was right and I found out about a week out who my carrier was going to be. They charged half of the cost on my credit card after the carrier booking. I contacted my carrier directly and arranged pickup and dropoff details. Pickup was smooth...only caveat was the truck was a double decker and would not fit in my neighborhood due to trees so I had to drive the cars out to the main street for loading.

Cars arrived on the dot! I had requested delivery after 5PM on a Monday and he called me at 430PM saying he was 30 mins away. I inspected each car, compared it to the bill of lading and was satisfied. Paid him the remainder in cash and walked away a happy customer!
