I was a little leery of using an internet-based service, but the quote was great and I needed something reasonably-priced, so I gave Ship-A-Car-Direct a try. John at the company was a great resource providing detailed information and updates that help me feel comfortable with the service. He kept in contact with me throughout the process. When I called the transporter (Alex), he arranged a time and place and picked it up as stated. He picked it up on a Sunday and had it at its destination by Friday (moved from Seattle to Atlanta). The car was in perfect shape. It looked as good as it had when it left Seattle. Alex was friendly and careful. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use Ship-A-Car-Direct again if I have any car transport needs. Great price and great service!
