Car was picked up six days late. Customer rep explained the reasons and worked to find a pickup for the car. When the car got to Oregon, the driver told us he would drop it off in the morning, then called and said afternoon, then called again and said evening. Car was a little dirtier (open air) but in the same condition as it had been picked up in.

Hi Travis, we are sorry to hear that pick up did not go as planned, but we are glad our customer rep was able to assist you until the vehicle got picked up. Unfortunately, there can be delays in the transport industry and its best to plan for a window of time for the driver, don’t worry we will open this up with the carrier so that we can continue to improve our service.
