Although the carrier was 1 day later than my target date, it arrived much sooner than I expected. The rest of my experience was excellent. I had constant guidance/follow up emails and phone/text thoughout the process. This was my first car shipping experience, and ship a car direct made it easy. I would definitely recommend.
