Very satisfied! Our car was picked up on time within the 3 day window and actually arrived a day earlier than we thought. Stefan answered all my calls and emails promptly, and he was very knowledge about the entire process. Our quoted price was actually the price we paid at delivery. They were very honest and there were no price changes. We were in constant contact with both our driver and Ship A Car Direct daily, and we were updated on the location of our vehicle throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using Ship A Car Direct in the future for all of our car transport needs.
