I used Ship a Car Direct to transport my VW from Miami, FL to Seattle, WA and Kay helped me through every step of the process! The driver picked up my vehicle two days after it was originally scheduled, but Kay made sure to keep me in the loop. The driver was also very good in regards to keeping good communication, so I have no doubts that these guys only use the best in the industry! My car arrived exactly as scheduled. It did arrive quite dusty, but I guess that is to be somewhat expected going all the way from Miami to Seattle. All in all 5 star service!!!
